Please let me know what your thinking is on when to have the Board of Director’s meeting and the General membership meetings at the United. We are locking things down and it might influence a room choice. Rather then wait until later I would like to get the input before I sign anything. Depending on the recommended timing we can move some stuff around in our planning and make some room choices.
Current thinking is along the lines of
General membership – Sunday am before autocross
BOD- perhaps Friday or Saturday before open time on Friday or group event Saturday night (or perhaps after event but this would be late of course).
We might have a big enough area to hold the meetings in the same area as hospitality and parts for the general meeting. But I have another room on hold for Sunday am as well. We also have a “boardroom’ on hold for the BOD meeting but I will need to get a little more specific on the timing so they don’t book it for someone else before our event.
