President Jim Lindner appointed Joe McConlogue, Tom Calvert, Tom Ehrhart, Kerch McConlogue and himself to form a committee to review and update the club’s bylaws. Kerch will be Chair.
A motion was made, seconded. Motion passed.
The first milestone for the committee will be to have an initial draft ready by the end on January, so it can be discussed during the semi-annual BOD web conference.
