Joe McConlogue reported that Joe Montecalvo has agreed to take on the job of Regional Rep for the California region.
According to the bylaws, the board must approve a Regional Rep.
Each approved region has the responsibility to nominate a Regional Representative to the Board for approval.

The email vote by Board members approved the appointment.
